These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by RREINSHOP and your exclusive purchase of products from the site. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Exclusive Product and Ordering Process

1.1 Product Exclusivity

RREINSHOP exclusively sells custom-designed, premium hoodies. These items are not mass-produced but are meticulously created through a blend of hand-sewn craftsmanship and factory finishing to ensure the highest quality. We only sell three (3) hoodies per calendar month.

1.2 Sales and Reservation Limits

Due to the highly exclusive nature of our product, sales are strictly limited:

• A maximum of three (3) hoodies are available for purchase globally each month.
• One user is limited to purchasing a maximum of three (3) hoodies per month.
• The manufacturing process begins three (3) days after a user confirms their spot on the reserve list and the order is paid in full.

1.3 Manufacturing and Quality Assurance

Our product is built for reliability and longevity. We guarantee high-quality fabrics, sourced in partnership with FAMTEX & CO. Expected lifespan: 3–4 years with light usage, 2–3 years with heavy usage. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that delivery requires a significant lead time due to this detailed manufacturing process.

2. All Sales Are Final

Given the exclusive, made-to-order, and non-mass-produced nature of RREINSHOP hoodies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once an order is confirmed and manufacturing begins, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or perceived defects. You agree to these final sale terms before confirmation of your order.

3. Intellectual Property

All original graphics, designs, images, and content displayed on the RREINSHOP website and the hoodie itself are the sole intellectual property of RREINSHOP and its founders. Reproduction, copying, or use of our designs without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimers

We ensure that our hoodie fabric is one of the most reliable cotton fabrics available in the country. However, we do not guarantee that your personal usage will perfectly align with the estimated lifespan, as usage and care vary between customers.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

At RREINSHOP, every hoodie is custom-made to order. Due to our commitment to exclusivity and craftsmanship:

• Processing Time: 3–10 days after payment and confirmation.
• Delivery ETA: Estimated 5–10 working days depending on location.
• Delivery Cost: ৳60–৳120 (shown at checkout).

Customers will be notified by email or phone once the order is dispatched.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances, but we ensure constant updates throughout the process.
